Emergency HOA Meeting

The HOA Board received an email yesterday, December 17th, stating that Copper Rose Management has closed. This leaves us with some logistical issues to address as quickly as we reasonably can. We are calling an open meeting this Saturday, December 20th at 1pm. At this meeting we have two things that need immediate attention. We'll need to start the process of finding a new management company and we will also have to vote on a repair to the pool heater. That second issue popped up a couple of days ago and will need to be addressed as there are repair costs involved to fix the problem.
