Thank you to everyone who took time out of their Saturday afternoon to join us at the clubhouse as we navigate some unusual circumstances. We sincerely appreciate those who offered suggestions and volunteered to help resolve these matters quickly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Community Manager updates
You may remember that Truth Be Told community management acquired Copper Rose's accounts, including Pueblo Villa I & II. The board will be working with Copper Rose and Truth Be Told to clarify roles and responsibilities, reconcile/audit accounts, update billing information, pay vendors, obtain critical records, and ensure some key community management responsibilities are complete before ending the relationship with Copper Rose and starting a relationship with a new community management company.
We understand that some folks have not received an invoice from the HOA or have not been billed for water usage. If you have not sent water and HOA assessment payments for December, please hold your payment until we are able to confirm where payments are to be sent. There will be no late fees for payments missed in December. We will provide an update at the board meeting in January (or sooner).
A Community Manager Search task force was formed to find our next community management (CM) company. The task force will be collecting proposals and interviewing prospective CM partners. They will provide an update on their search at the January board meeting. Thank you Blaine, Bob, Clif and Tig for leading this search.
Board nominations, elections, and the Annual meeting have been postponed. Due to the timing and disruption in community management, the board recognizes feedback from community members that this year's nomination, election, and annual meeting process are invalid and incomplete. The board will work with the interim community manager to restart/reset the process. Please consider nominating yourself or your neighbor to serve a 2-year term on the hoa board.

Thank you for all
